Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for driving fan engagement and revenue growth in collegiate athletics? We're seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as the Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer for Athletics at the University of San Diego.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, maximizing ticket sales, and fostering community involvement. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the overall fan experience and contribute to the success of our programs.

About the Role:

  • Marketing and Promotion Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote USD athletics and brand, including awareness initiatives across physical and digital channels.
  • Ticket Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and oversee season ticket, individual, and group sales campaigns to increase attendance and community involvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data on outreach performance, targeted campaigns, and fan engagement to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Sponsor Fulfillment and Activation: Manage sponsor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of activation commitments and providing regular reporting on campaign performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in marketing and promotions or a related field, preferably in collegiate athletics.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
