We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Retention Officer - Gaming Division to join our team at Junglee Games. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the retention efforts for our gaming division, driving engagement and revenue growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective retention strategies across all games in our portfolio. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

We estimate that this role will come with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that meet retention KPIs.
  • Analyse data from various sources, including CRM tools, push notifications, and web messaging, to inform retention decisions.
  • Work with the product team to identify areas for improvement in game design and user experience.
  • Present regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and retention metrics.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in CRM campaigns, journeys, and analytics, with a focus on gaming or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving player engagement and revenue growth through retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
