Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding, documentation, and fulfillment of business requirements.
  • Utilize industry-standard Business Analyst tools and methodologies to document information needs and functional specifications.
  • Maintain proactive communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and technology partners.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations, participating in the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as business development, infrastructure, talent development, recruitment, and marketing.
  • Engage in activities that support and enhance our organizational culture.
  • Employ data-driven metrics and a structured approach to identify client challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of complex data to address broad business or technology challenges.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translate them into functional specifications and traceability matrices.
  • Present data-driven analyses that highlight business benefits to resolve intricate business and technical issues.
  • Break down complex challenges into clear, understandable terms.
  • Consider the implications of problems and solutions across multiple domains, solving issues holistically.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
  • Consulting experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for backgrounds in technology, healthcare, mobile/telecom, financial services, or retail sectors.
  • Experience in implementing moderately complex initiatives, demonstrating leadership in facilitation, planning, negotiation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; CBAP certification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage; experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or PowerBI is highly desirable.
