About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our WW Last Mile Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data analysis and business acumen to drive process improvements and support the launch and expansion of our Delivery Station Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing and ad-hoc metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions
  • Serve as the owner of key tools/solutions utilized by the team, owning the ongoing maintenance and data management
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features/solutions for customers
  • Design and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
  • 3+ years with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quicksight/Tableau or other BI packages
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or analytical discipline
  • 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
  • 5+ years experience with Data Visualization tools
  • Prior experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management industry
  • Proficient in a programming language for automation of data extraction, processing, and computation
