Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding our client base in the Human Resource Services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present Paychex products and services to final decision makers and end users, leveraging our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution.
  • Schedule appointments and visits with potential and current referral sources, including financial advisors and registered investment advisors, to secure referrals and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze prospects' needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Resolve client problems or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and expense reports by agreed-upon dates, ensuring timely processing and seamless selling and service to Paychex clients.
  • Enter prospects, sales, and client notes into Salesforce.com to ensure seamless selling and service to Paychex clients.
  • Project a positive image in representing the Corporation, upholding Paychex's reputation to clients and the community.
  • Achieve and continually develop technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure excellence in lead generation, presentations, and closing skills.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
  • 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.
  • Valid Drivers License Required
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $63,000 annually + commission. Please note that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
