Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Director to join our team at Crossfuze. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through designated sales channels
    • Manage and track sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective sales process
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales, relationship, and/or project management experience
  • 5+ years of IT Managed Services Experience or IT Management experience
  • Ability to communicate, mentor, teach, and explain concepts at multiple levels
  • Experience meeting and exceeding business deadlines established
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Background and/or certifications in ITIL with the ability to understand and rationalize data within ITIL framework preferred

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 annually plus commission.
