**_Key Responsibilities:_**

+ Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate claim intricacies.

+ Formulate and implement effective claim resolution plans.

+ Engage in settlement negotiations and oversee litigation processes.

+ Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

**_Essential Qualifications:_**

**_Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims._**

**_Bachelor's degree is preferred._**

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.

**_This opportunity is exclusively for residents of California._**

**Compensation Details:** $45.00 per hour
