Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CT Technologist to join our team at Houston Methodist. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing complex CT procedures, leading a team of technologists, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality CT scans and procedures, utilizing advanced imaging technology and techniques.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CT technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in departmental projects and shared governance activities to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Four years of experience as a CT technologist, with a strong background in radiology and imaging procedures.
  • ARRT-R certification and state licensure as a radiologic technologist.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
