Job Summary

As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing complex MRI procedures, leading a team of MRI technologists, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality MRI procedures, including common and special exams, to produce accurate and detailed images of body structures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MRI technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care and team performance.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality outcomes, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in departmental projects and shared governance activities to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as an MRI technologist, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Current certification as a Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
