Graphic Designer

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring their creative vision to our team at Engage Partners Inc. As a key member of our creative crew, you'll craft stunning visual designs and layouts that captivate our clients while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design solutions that meet complex business and marketing challenges.
  • Focus on print and digital media, including social media, digital ads, and other online platforms.
  • Design a wide range of materials, from eye-catching catalogs and magazine ads to engaging website layouts, images, and digital assets.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop) to create striking images, compositions, banners, headers, logos, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design, marketing, and social media trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure our designs have a cohesive and polished look.
  • Think creatively, generate multiple design ideas, and present innovative solutions.
  • Organize and manage projects efficiently, following our filing and project management procedures for quick and easy access to information.
  • Contribute to our vibrant team culture by communicating, collaborating, and sharing creative ideas.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, listen actively, and advocate for best practice solutions.
  • Meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Embrace feedback and direction to meet both creative and business needs.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and print production, with a portfolio that showcases your talent.
  • Mastery of design tools, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A creative mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on a marketing team in a corporate setting.
  • Video and animation skills a plus.
