Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team at Engage Partners Inc. as a Graphic Designer. As a key member of our creative crew, you will be responsible for crafting stunning visual designs and layouts that captivate our clients while ensuring brand consistency.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative design solutions that meet complex business and marketing challenges.
  • Main focus/experience is with print and other digital media (social media, digital ads, etc.)
  • Experience with logo design, brand development, digital advertising or social media
  • Design everything from eye-catching catalogs and magazine ads to engaging website layouts, images, and digital assets.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop) to create striking images, compositions, banners, headers, logos, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design, marketing, and social media trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Conduct photo shoots and prepare images for both print and online use.
  • Prepare print-ready files with a keen eye for photography and color.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure our designs have a cohesive and polished look.
  • Think outside the box, generate multiple design ideas, and present innovative solutions.
  • Keep things organized by following our filing and project management procedures for quick and easy access to information.
  • Contribute to our vibrant team culture by communicating, collaborating, and sharing creative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively, listen actively, and advocate for best practice solutions.
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • Embrace feedback and direction to meet both creative and business needs.
  • Take on additional creative challenges as they come your way.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and print production, with a portfolio that showcases your talent.
  • Mastery of design tools, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A creative mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on a marketing team in a corporate setting
  • Video and animation a plus
