POSITION: Senior Architectural Project Leader

We are currently in search of a Senior Architectural Project Leader who will be responsible for developing production drawings and specifications from the schematic design phase through to the construction documentation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of architects and coordinate with engineering consultants to produce comprehensive construction documents for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, engineers, and contractors.
  • Provide support to the office team and management staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A professional degree in Architecture is essential, with architectural licensure or progress towards it preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida or International Building Codes.
  • Thorough understanding of construction drawing standards.
  • Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, expansion, and new construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, along with strong design, technical, and graphic skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly organized work approach.
  • A self-starter mentality, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively.
