Job Description:

Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Resolution Specialist to join their team. As a Consumer Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for working with consumers to develop payment plans and resolutions for outstanding debt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop recovery strategies that work for consumers and clients.
  • Resolve consumer concerns and respond to complaints with professionalism.
  • Proven time management and organization skills are a must.
  • Experience negotiating in a collections call center environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus with possibility of additional bonus.
  • Capability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of debt collection laws to include the FDCPA.
