The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of high-volume collections experience and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include working with consumers to resolve outstanding debt, responding to complaints in a professional manner, and utilizing time management and organization skills to meet performance goals. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and experience in a call center environment is highly valued.
