Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial lines customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Support: Assist our account managers in managing their book of business, ensuring that all customer needs are met, and that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Policy Administration: Review and process all policy-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our commercial lines products and services.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Industry Experience: 1-2 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
