At Superior Insurance Partners LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess client needs and provide solutions to achieve client satisfaction
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contribute to the renewal process
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year client service experience working in insurance
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
