As a Client Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional experience for every client. We seek an individual with outstanding customer service abilities, adept at conflict resolution and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, to facilitate project communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to establish clear expectations regarding the installation process.
  • Oversee and coordinate project timelines with clients once their orders are confirmed.
  • Verify scheduling details with clients to ensure clarity.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after installation to address inquiries or resolve any concerns.
  • Track and report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and issue resolution (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office and customer service setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
