Description: Michael Baker International is in search of an Assistant Project Coordinator to enhance their Survey Division. This position entails supporting the planning, directing, and coordination of designated projects to ensure that all objectives and targets are met within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to team members, oversee daily operations, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Supervise personnel to guarantee project effectiveness and timely task completion.
- Work closely with Project Coordinators to provide direction, troubleshoot issues, and foster team growth.
- Anticipate and monitor employee development, deliver essential training, and engage in technical design activities.
- Manage client interactions, proposal development, and project promotion.
- Assist in the oversight of survey tools, vehicles, and team members.
- Occasionally participate in short-term field survey assignments.
- 5-7 years of pertinent experience.
- SIT certification is advantageous.
- Degree in Surveying or comparable experience.
- Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn and mentor.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, effective communicator, and self-motivated.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
The salary for this role ranges from $72,207 to $104,262, contingent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
