Job Overview

The Account Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. This individual will work closely with the Sales Staff to develop client solutions, manage project timelines, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate client meetings and project status updates.
  • Oversee project execution, including design, estimating, scope changes, distribution, content, and production.
  • Maintain client relationships by satisfying their needs and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, credit, project initiation, estimating, quality, and order acceptance.
  • Prepare and disseminate written quotes and order acknowledgments to clients.
  • Provide data entry and project coordination support to the Production Department.
  • Create and maintain project timelines internally and externally with clients.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or 5-7 years of comparable business experience.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management experience, preferably with Workfront.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and create clear, concise correspondence.
  • Experience in the retail in-store merchandising and marketing space.
