IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating IT-related projects from needs analysis and requirements definition through project planning, development, configuration, testing, and implementation. This role involves overseeing multiple, simultaneous projects of varying size and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversight of all project efforts, project budgets, and leading major project efforts.
• Defines project phase deliverables, tracks milestones, and resource hours; schedules roles and resources; evaluates risk and recommends contingency plans.
• Facilitates stand-up meetings with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Captures progress made, planned activities, and issues identified to create accurate project status and planning documentation.
• Manages the resolution of project-related issues and roadblocks.
• Completes project status-reviews and necessary reporting.
• Participates in the development of standards and complies with applicable policies and procedures, including change control.
Requirements
• Degree in a related area (computer science, finance, business administration) (a plus).
• PMP Certification (a plus).
• ITIL Certification - or experience (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
• Result-orientated mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT field.
