This position requires collaboration with hiring managers to formulate strategic recruitment initiatives, cultivate relationships with prospective candidates, and enhance our recruitment methodologies continuously.


Core Responsibilities
  • Identifies position requirements by analyzing job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Sources candidates through various online platforms and professional networks.
  • Assesses applicants, screens candidates for eligibility, conducts preliminary phone interviews, and coordinates with hiring managers for subsequent interviews.
  • Advertises new job openings and prepares internal communications regarding vacancies.
  • Engages in outreach efforts via social media and professional organizations to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Development team to facilitate successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Works alongside the recruitment team to promote diversity in hiring practices, aligning with company-wide initiatives and ensuring comprehensive reporting and accountability.
  • Utilizes applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software to manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Enhances job knowledge by participating in training sessions, maintaining professional networks, and engaging in continuous professional development.

Collaboration and Mentorship

This role involves mentoring team members through guidance, coaching, and providing practical on-the-job experiences while modeling effective recruitment practices.

Regular interaction with team members and internal departments is essential for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling reporting requirements.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

Technical Proficiencies
  • Familiarity with HR software, particularly Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Experience with background screening platforms, specifically HireRight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
