Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization at KPMG. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation design and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the compensation strategy and design process for the Business Development organization
Collaborate with Business Development leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs
Analyze market compensation survey results and provide insights to client groups on competitive position and market trends
Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend
Work with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals
Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders to benchmark roles and advise on job description development

Requirements:
Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to work with limited supervision and handle multiple priorities
