Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation design and a passion for delivering real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the compensation strategy, design and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
Liaise with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design all sales plans that meet business needs; own and execute sales plans and update as needed
Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client group on competitive position, market trends and insights; provide complex market analyses, recommendations and solutions to compensation issues that arise during the year; develop strategic presentations for leadership
Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend and offer guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes
Work with Finance and Accounting throughout the year to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans
Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders in client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels

Requirements:
Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design; experience in consulting/services industry a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Microsoft Office applications proficiency including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions; possess complex analytical, organizational, and influencing skills
Excellent project management skills including robust follow-up and detail tracking; knowledge of compensation and benefits subjects; ability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume, being a team player with positive attitude with a strong capacity to work with limited supervision
