Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently respond to and resolve all assigned service requests in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all work adheres to company standards and quality installation practices.
  • Repair and restore systems according to specifications and relevant building or electrical codes.
  • Conduct testing on all systems and equipment post-repair to verify system performance.
  • Collaborate with Field Engineers during system startup to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Service Coordinator regarding service work orders.
  • Participate in installation projects as needed.

General Duties:

  • Represent the company professionally in conduct and appearance to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Be available to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
  • Comply with company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Safeguard and maintain assigned company assets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Maintain required professional licensing as mandated by local and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a Power Limited Technician (PLT) license or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the electronics field with a solid understanding of AC/DC theory.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, demonstrated by at least 1 year of experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, evidenced by 1 year of experience.
  • Aptitude for learning system programming, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the electronics field with practical knowledge of AC/DC theory.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to communicate effectively, including seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. The role requires manual dexterity for reaching, climbing, and lifting moderate objects, as well as operating both power and manual tools.

Work Environment:

The working conditions are similar to those found on typical construction sites, which may involve working at heights using ladders or lifts, and in confined spaces as necessary. Additional environments may include offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, warehouses, and outdoor locations, where exposure to varying weather conditions may occur. Travel may also be a requirement.

Compensation: $38.00/hour (dependent on experience)
