Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission new CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex CNC machine tool issues, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in CNC maintenance, repair, and installation
  • Advanced technical knowledge of CNC machinery, including programming, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel regionally, utilizing company service vehicles, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
