Position: Field Service Technician

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our service team, delivering exceptional service to our clients in Minnesota and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing precision overhauls of pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating machinery at both our facilities and client locations.
  • Installing fluid processing equipment at industrial and municipal sites.
  • Providing service and installation for wastewater equipment at customer locations.
  • Installing mechanical seals, couplings, V-belts, bearing seals, relief valves, and other accessories.
  • Troubleshooting issues with fluid processing equipment and offering repair or replacement recommendations.
  • Assisting clients during the startup of new equipment.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding service work, repair parts, and pump operations.
  • Maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on service tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the maintenance and servicing of fluid processing systems (pumps and valves) or mechanical contracting.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.
  • The ability to travel throughout Minnesota and neighboring states, including occasional overnight stays.
  • A positive attitude with high ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse and fast-paced workload.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The capability to lift various objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
