Regency Management Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to lead the cycle counting process and maintain accurate inventory records for our stores and warehouses.
This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate a cycle count program with stores and management to maintain perpetual inventory.
- Develop and implement processes to identify and correct discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with District and Store Managers to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient inventory management.
- Perform thorough research and document item discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and recommend potential solutions.
- Correct discrepancies as needed and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- High School Diploma or greater
- Three to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a Retail Environment.
- Computer literacy to include being proficient in standard business applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) in a Windows environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
