Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information
  • Process business transactions, handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters
  • Perform physical counts of inventory items to maintain accurate inventory
  • Accurately input inventory control data and manage inventory data
  • Assist in daily office needs and support general administrative activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Fish-Bowl
  • Bilingual (fluent in Korean and English language)
