Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Purpose

  • Create strategic plans for each team member, ensuring peak performance.
  • Conduct training, role-playing sessions, and help improve presentation and organization skills.
  • Participate in sales calls to provide hands-on coaching and support.

Drive Team Success

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for each team member.
  • Hold team members accountable to achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Implement company policies, incentives, and sales contests to foster competition and engagement.

Meet and Exceed Sales Targets

  • Ensure your team hits their collective goals while achieving your own personal sales goals.
  • Proactively address market trends and sales challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize account lists, ensuring the best possible leads are prioritized.

Inspire Creativity and Innovation

  • Stay ahead of market trends, create new products, promotions, and competitive packages.
  • Organize monthly sales meetings to discuss progress, solve problems, and fine-tune strategies.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in outside sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and persuasion skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Leadership: Ability to coach, lead, and inspire a team to consistently perform at a high level.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry, and stay ahead of market trends.
