About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Director to join our team at Euphoria Lingerie. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales stylists to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to ensure our store remains competitive and appealing to customers.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales.

Requirements
