Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team at Momentum Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, including MSPs, print, phone, and telecommunications providers.
  • IT Needs Assessment: Evaluate our IT needs and develop solutions to improve our technology infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Lead software and hardware conversion, implementation, and upgrade projects.
  • Cyber Security: Implement and support cyber security best practices, including phishing campaign management and training.
  • Hardware and Peripherals: Evaluate and manage our hardware, point of sale equipment, and peripherals needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with PCI and FTC safeguards, as well as other IT-related compliance requirements.
  • Intranet Development: Develop and manage our intranet, including design and content creation.
  • IT Information and Resources: Maintain and update our IT information and resources, including FAQs, tips, and tutorials.
  • File Repository and Workflow System: Learn and administer our file repository and workflow system.
  • Websites and Domains: Administer our websites, domains, and search engine business pages.
  • Travel: Travel to other locations as needed, with occasional overnight travel required.
  • IT Expenses: Evaluate and manage our IT expenses, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
  • Professional Knowledge: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings, educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and communicate regular tech tips for the company.
  • Adaptability: Be willing to work late evenings, early mornings, and weekends to limit business interruptions during IT enhancements.
  • Attendance: Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Company Standards: Uphold Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
