Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales department, driving growth and success through effective leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales department, setting clear expectations and goals for team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with HR to address performance issues and develop employee growth plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a remarkable customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
