Your Role as a Behavioral Support Specialist

As a Behavioral Support Specialist at Adventure ABA, LLC, you will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals ranging from 18 months to adults, helping them overcome behavioral challenges and enhance meaningful behaviors.

By implementing tailored plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in executing interventions that foster growth and progress in our clients.

Your daily responsibilities will also include creating comprehensive session notes to ensure precise documentation of the essential services provided, contributing to the overall success of our therapy programs.

To thrive in the role of a Behavioral Support Specialist at Adventure ABA, LLC, certain qualifications and skills are essential:

  • High school diploma
  • At least 6 months of childcare experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods during therapy sessions
  • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification upon job offer
  • Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions
