Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist II to join our team at Cook Children's. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Duties:
  • Perform patient registration, including demographic data collection and verification
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Process and track lab results and other diagnostic tests
