We're seeking an exceptional Preconstruction Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing preconstruction processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring project success from concept to contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading preconstruction phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to develop accurate project estimates and schedules
  • Conducting detailed cost analysis and maintaining cost control throughout the preconstruction phase

With a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills, you'll be well-suited to this challenging and rewarding role.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
