**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule services and dispatch technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Manage both residential and commercial business operations
  • Help in the hiring of field technicians and oversee the maintenance of company vehicles
  • Perform administrative functions, including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory management
  • Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles and perform other duties as needed

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year of previous operations management experience
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Available to respond to weekend and after-hour messages from customers
