Overview:
GovCIO is seeking an Audiovisual Technology Support Specialist to deliver services in a dynamic environment.

Our organization manages a variety of tailored audiovisual systems deployed across multiple facilities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

These systems are integrated in diverse settings such as large meeting spaces, executive offices, and mobile setups, all interconnected through dedicated networking solutions.

We provide comprehensive support for video teleconferencing (VTC), Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and audiovisual (AV) systems across various locations.


Responsibilities:
Oversee and facilitate VTC/IPTV/AV meetings.

Initiate and shut down all relevant equipment for sessions, perform audiovisual checks prior to each meeting, act as the primary operator for VTC conferences, and coordinate recording and teleconferencing as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding VTC/IPTV/AV issues.

Develop daily scheduling for events based on customer requests, ensuring efficient planning for all involved parties.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.

Coordinate facilitator schedules based on customer needs and manage maintenance scheduling for VTC/IPTV/AV requests.

Provide installation and technical assistance for audiovisual systems, including the installation of equipment, cabling, and connectors.

Read and interpret blueprints for AV setups and provide technical support to users facing operational challenges.

Ensure proper setup and maintenance of equipment for audiovisual and teleconferencing needs.

Assist engineers with scheduling VTC sessions and configuring rooms to meet specific requirements.

Conduct video capturing and transfer content to media streaming platforms.

Troubleshoot equipment and network configurations effectively.

Deliver weekly reports on project status, bridge activity, and other relevant metrics.


Qualifications:
High School diploma with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.

Clearance Required:
Secret

Required Skills and Experience

Certifications:
IAT Level I

Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, and MS Visio.
High School Diploma or higher.
Preferred Skills and Experience
One year of experience in audiovisual technology.
One year of experience in helpdesk support.
