We are currently seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide IT assistance. This role involves managing technical support for a diverse range of systems, addressing hardware and software challenges, and resolving end-user network connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance for systems software and hardware on Windows 10 platforms.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement office network printers and individual printing solutions.
  • Oversee the design and management of server networking and hardware within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense security protocols for all system configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and the Network Enterprise Center.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding system hardware and software inquiries.
  • Submit service requests to the Network Enterprise Center.
  • Manage the lifecycle replacement of all microcomputers, including operational software.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of computer equipment.
  • Support the Systems Administrator of Pride Industries.
  • Assist Energy Management Control System personnel with IT-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+ CE certification is mandatory. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are advantageous.
