Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at STERIS. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs for our Sterile Processing employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training plans tailored to the needs of our facilities and staff members
  • Lead comprehensive training programs for new Sterile Processing employees
  • Document and review training efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify knowledge gaps and create ongoing development plans for the Sterile Processing team
  • Develop continuing education programs focused on new products and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sterile Processing
  • 3+ years of experience in training
  • Sterile processing certification required
