Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learning and function as a change agent in collaboration with other educators, nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and apply the RWJ Hamilton Nursing Division's Philosophy and Mission and Conceptual Model, Standards of Care, and Evidence-Based Nursing Practice to provide patient-centered care.
  • Specialize in the integration of the principles of adult learning in a clinically-based framework.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or proof of enrollment with graduation target date preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey.
  • Certification in clinical specialty.
