Job Overview

As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in managing the educational journey of students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

Manage student progress, provide targeted instruction, and utilize evidence-based strategies to support diverse learners.

  • Collaborate in developing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide tailored instruction and behavior support
  • Monitor student progress and write detailed reports
Requirements

We seek passionate educators with a Masters or Doctoral Degree in Special Education or a related field. A valid Special Education Teaching License from the DOE is required; candidates who can obtain the WA cert within a reasonable timeframe are also considered.

  • Caseload: K-12th grade
  • Contract Duration: 2024-2025 School Year
  • Hours: 40 hours weekly
