Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Wellness Education Team Leader to lead our team at Gold's Gym PNW. As a key member of our wellness education team, you'll be responsible for teaching group fitness classes, managing instructor teams, and overseeing class scheduling and administrative tasks. If you're passionate about fitness and have a background in teaching and coordinating group exercise classes, we'd love to hear from you

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Lead high-energy and engaging group exercise classes, focusing on Les Mills programming.
  • Instructor Management: Recruit, train, and support qualified instructors to maintain excellent class quality.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement efficient class schedules that meet member preferences.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for fitness and Les Mills programming.
  • Group exercise instruction certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, Les Mills) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in teaching and coordinating group exercise classes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
