ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Vancouver, Washington.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced educator who can develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs. As a Special Education Teacher, you will foster a positive learning environment by providing direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs that cater to students' diverse needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other educators to create an inclusive classroom
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies
- Maintain a safe and effective classroom environment through proactive management techniques

Requirements
