About the Role

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting Engaging Lessons: Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that caters to each child's unique needs, promoting academic excellence and social growth.
  • Nurturing Environments: Create a safe, supportive space where children can explore, learn, and thrive.
  • Building Partnerships: Collaborate with parents, center staff, and leadership to achieve shared goals and provide exceptional care.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activities with children.
  • Education and Certifications: Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
