We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Vancouver, Washington.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower Students: Foster a positive learning environment by providing direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Support and Engage: Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other educators to create an inclusive classroom that encourages participation from all students.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and effective classroom environment through proactive management techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of special education experience.
