Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Engineer to join our Energy & Industrial Group (EIG) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC systems for industry-leading projects in power generation, plant design, environmental compliance, and more.

Your expertise in HVAC design, including ductwork design, routing, and equipment location/arrangement, will be essential in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop HVAC systems for various projects, including power generation, plant design, and environmental compliance
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide accurate drawings and ensure project schedules are met
  • Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA
Requirements
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program
  • 8+ years of relevant HVAC experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation
  • Prior knowledge of relevant codes and standards
