Job Summary

Audubon Companies is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a Roof Construction Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction project, ensuring compliance with all plans, specifications, and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project plans and specifications.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely completion of the project and coordinate with contractors and engineers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including inspection findings and status reports.
Ensure all safety and quality requirements are met, and that the construction project complies with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in supervising teams and ensuring project completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software programs and technology.
