Job Title: BI Program Assistant

Join FosterAdopt Connect as a BI Program Assistant and contribute to the success of our In-Home Behavioral Health Programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the President and program staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the President with day-to-day tasks, including tracking client needs, updating assessment data, and monitoring direct care employee records.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and events, and ensure timely communication with program staff and community partners.
  • Manage program documentation, including client files, incident reports, and billing information.
  • Provide administrative support for major projects, such as annual reports and client file audits.
  • Develop user guides and help guides for processes, and maintain strong communication with direct supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the social or human services field.
  • Excellent computer software skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong time management, self-starter, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, with a solid commitment to the principles of support and advocacy for foster and adoptive families.
