We are seeking a passionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our team as a Clinical Intake Specialist in our Recovery Services program.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Intake Specialist will complete initial screenings and evaluations for individuals seeking mental health services, establish initial treatment plans, and provide provisional mental health diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete initial screenings and evaluations for individuals seeking mental health services
  • Establish initial treatment plans and provide provisional mental health diagnoses
  • Provide referral recommendations for relevant services within the organization
  • Engage in safety planning and provide brief therapy/bridge sessions as clinically appropriate
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Missouri state license or license eligible as one of the following: PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, PLP, or LPASAM training/experience preferred
