As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals and groups, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with clients to set and achieve goals, and regularly reviewing and updating plans as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying strengths and areas for growth, and developing strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
- Document all clinical activities, maintaining accurate and timely records to support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, or related field.
- Current Missouri licensure as a PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.
- 2+ years of experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on outpatient services.
